At SS Creation Books, we take pride in providing high-quality preschool books, customized educational content, and publishing services. Each order is carefully handled to ensure complete satisfaction. However, due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our work, we follow the policy below regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Customized & Printed Orders

All customized or printed products — including personalized books, school materials, or educational content — are made specifically for you or your institution.
Therefore, once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order enters the design, printing, or shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Errors or Defects

If there is a printing error, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item delivered due to our fault, we will:

• Offer a free replacement, or

• Provide store credit for the same value, as appropriate.

To process such a claim, you must:

• Notify us within 3 working days of receiving the order.

• Share clear photos or videos showing the issue via email at info@sscreationbooks.com.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 working days.

3. Digital Content & Files

For digital educational materials, eBooks, templates, or design files, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are not available once digital content is delivered or accessed.

4. Damages During Shipping

We pack all orders with care. In the rare case that your package arrives damaged:

• Please take photos of the packaging and products immediately.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to assess and resolve the issue, which may include replacement or partial compensation based on the extent of damage.

5. Refund Timelines (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Order Modification

Changes to design, content, or quantity can be made only before final approval or production. Once confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be altered.

7. No Guarantee for User Errors

We are not responsible for errors in the materials provided by clients, such as:

• Spelling or grammatical mistakes in submitted content

• Incorrect images, data, or specifications provided by the client

We recommend reviewing and approving proofs carefully before final confirmation.
